DIY – Tent Lantern

We will be taking advantage of the free admittance into Rocky Mountain National Park this weekend. First “car” camping of the season. We are excited! I may also have to try out this clever little tip. I’ll post back with how it goes. UPDATE
I gave this a try and I must say that it did work. I tried it with water (like the original post said) as well as without. In my opinion, they illuminated about the same. So, if weight is an issue definitely go water less (unless this is your water supply). I also would not recommend carrying this around backpacking unless it’s your drinking water, but for simple car/tent camping, kind of fun.
